Your tasks

• Competent customer support and comprehensive advice on our services and products
• Detailed preparation of vehicle condition reports as well as precise calculation and preparation of cost estimates.
• Direct vehicle acceptance with the customer
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction
• Overall responsibility for workshop operations and adherence to the highest service quality
• Proactive communication with customers and close collaboration with internal departments

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with a technical or commercial background in the automotive sector
• Excellent service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• A high degree of personal responsibility and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Affinity for modern technologies and interest in digital media
• Driving licence class B
