Newport Caravans & Motorhomes are a well-established family run business in the City of Newport.
We are a company that offers everything to the leisure vehicle market, we sell new and used caravans and motorhome, a large workshop and body shop with an indoor show room and supermarket type shop.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SERVICE & AFTERSALES ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

Newport Caravans are currently recruiting for a Service & Aftersales Advisor to assist in our Caravan and Motorhome service workshop. We are looking for a talented and driven individual with a passion for relationship building. Ideally candidates will have a proven track record in a customer facing environment and a high level of administration experience. Experience within the caravan and motorhome industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and emails to schedule customer appointments for service and repairs.
  • Create job cards, issue invoices, and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date warranty claim documentation for submission to the warranty department.
  • Order parts required for workshop jobs through the shop system.
  • Provide regular progress updates to customers via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Welcome and assist customers at the front desk, including booking in caravans and motorhomes and managing vehicle handovers.
  • Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.
