Your Team The Dynamics 365 Team is part of CFS’s Enterprise Systems and Business Applications which is accountable for BAU and Project work on Dynamics 365. You will work with developers along with external squads to meet business objectives. Your Responsibilities * Manage relationships with Dynamics partners and managed service providers, including performance, contract management, and SLA adherence  * Manage business as usual tasks for our internal customers enhancement and change requests  * Provide day-to-day service delivery support for the Dynamics 365 platform, monitoring availability and performance  * Ensure the Dynamics service complies with financial services regulatory obligations, security policies, and audit requirements  * Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to the application * Manage access governance, data protection controls, and service controls in collaboration with security and risk teams  Your Capability and Experience * Proven experience as an IT Service Analyst, Application Service Analyst or similar role * Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights and/or Power Platform)  * Experience using Lighthouse will be desirable * Solid understanding of ITIL service management disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Ownership)  * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences     What to Expect At CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry. Responsibilities
