JOB SUMMARY

The 2nd shift Service and Dispatch Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the workload of our mechanics and drivers. This position will ensure seamless communication and coordination within the team and will be responsible for coordinating the workload of the mechanics and drivers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the equipment industry and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Pay will be based on experience.

• Coordinate workload for mechanics and drivers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries, while optimizing routes for efficiency.
• Monitor the progress of mechanics to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs performed, and parts used.
