The Community Development team at KCLSU are looking for a Service & Enquiries Administrator to develop and deliver our competitions and operations service to our 3,600 Community Leaders, Volunteers and Representatives who run Student Group Activity and represent their student community.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Monitoring all inboxes across the Community Engagement department, responding to queries in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Administering the communications across our digital platforms.
  • Support services across Community Engagement with administrative needs
