A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Service and Installation Engineer, you will partner with Installation and Service team to support equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and retrofit. In this role, you will report to the Installation & Service Manager. You Will Make an Impact By: Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects Responsible for operational quality of system equipment Travel Requirements: Up to 30 % of Travel is required.
