• To conduct maintenance for BMS and M&E installation
• To verify temperature sensors, pressure sensors, flow meter and automation instrumentation with calibrated handheld device
• To prepare service report, maintenance report and failure analysis report
• To manage and work with vendor/sub-contractor to attend the BMS and/or M&E maintenance and repair works
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
• Project management skill, able work in the fast-paced environment
• Able to work in outdoor, hot and humid environment.
• Flexible working hours and standby for weekend ad-hoc work and call.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Building Automation, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering
• 2-3 years in building automation and M&E related work experience.
• Candidate with non-related experience will be consider for junior position.
• Knowledge and experience in Control, ACMV and Buidling Services will be advantageous.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to hands-on, self-driven, proactive and able to multi-tasking.
• Good career prospects, on-job training will be provided.
• Candidate with with relevant years of experience will be considered for senior position
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
