About Us: At RV Super Centre, we provide exceptional accessories for RV, camping, marine and outdoor enthusiasts. The Role: As a permanent, full time Service & Parts Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and workshop team. You’ll ensure a seamless experience from booking through to repair completion, while also managing parts supply to keep our workshop running efficiently. This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver outstanding customer service and manage service bookings Explain repairs, timelines and costs in a clear, customer-friendly way Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery Order, manage and supply parts for workshop and customer needs Provide accurate pricing, availability and product advice Maintain parts inventory, stock levels and system records Support workshop scheduling and ensure jobs are prepared in advance Ensure compliance with warranty processes and standards About You You’re organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will bring: Experience in automotive service, parts or customer service roles (minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience and/or the equivalent NZQF level 2 or 3 qualification, and/or AQF certificate II or III) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details simply Good organisational and time management skills A proactive, solutions-focused attitude Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred) A full New Zealand driver licence Hours And Days Of Work: Minimum of 40 hours per week, working between 7am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
