This summer enjoy guiding our guests on paddle board trips, river floating, hiking, cleaning rooms, washing vehicles/firetrucks and much more! Accountable for, but not limited to: o Embracing and representing the FLL Core Values in all situations; We are Fun We are Willing to do whatever is needed We have the Durability to consistently meet expectations We are Effective at driving results We are Genuine We’re here to serve others with Selfless Leadership - Executes the daily FLL schedule with the highest level of guest service and enthusiasm - Working with all FLL departments to create the best guest experience possible - Working with the Service and Recreation Manager on a wide variety of ranch related jobs and duties - Efficiently coordinate, operate and assist in guest service which include, but is not limited to: - Hiking, mountain biking, children’s program, teen program, elk preserve tours, breakfast camp, bartending, paddle board trips, laser tag airport runs and shuttle driving - Completing all housekeeping duties including but not limited to making beds, vacuuming, dusting, mopping sweeping, restocking towels and bedding, cleaning bathrooms, managing linen and amenity supplies - Assisting with laundry when needed - Daily upkeep and care of all facilities and accommodation’s - Performing other ranch duties such as watering flowers, washing FLL vehicles inside and out, polishing stemware and flatware, recycling, cleaning off site bathrooms, etc. - Maintaining a safety-first approach onsite at all times - Safely operating a 15-passenger van on local roads and highways – MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD - Lead Groups on recreational outings - Maintain a positive and professional, friendly service approach with fellow staff and guests - Other duties when assigned- willingness to help other departments whenever needed on the Ranch - Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
Responsibilities
The role involves providing high levels of guest service while engaging in various outdoor activities and housekeeping duties. Team members will work closely with the Service and Recreation Manager to ensure a positive guest experience.
