Description The Service & Warehouse Coordinator will work under the direction of the Operations Manager at Boyer Sales & Service. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse functions, preparing and delivering equipment for service jobs, and scheduling field service technicians to ensure efficient and seamless operations. Requirements The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of service equipment and parts within the warehouse. Prepare, stage, and organize equipment for upcoming field service jobs. Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment and materials at job sites, including occasional travel for drop-offs. Coordinate with Field Service Leader for job scheduling and necessary equipment Log and track service jobs and assignments for each job using software system available Track and maintain accurate inventory levels, providing inventory cycle counts to Purchasing for reordering of stock items. Provide list of project needs to Purchasing for ordering of job-specific items Identify any rental equipment needed for a job, and coordinate with Operations Manager for bookings Quarterly inventory of all service trucks to confirm materials and equipment on each Act as a liaison between the warehouse, field service team, and management to ensure seamless operations. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including documentation, reporting, and communication. Any reasonable request by management. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or service coordination preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter with problem-solving abilities. Exceptional interpersonal/customer service skills, for internal and external customers. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for job site deliveries. Ability to lift and move equipment as required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
