SERVICE & WARRANTY ADVISOR

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service & Warranty Advisor to join our Aftersales team. If you enjoy working with people, have a keen eye for detail, and want to be part of a busy dealership environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our service customers, making sure they receive the highest level of care from the moment they arrive to the time they collect their vehicle. You’ll also ensure warranty processes are handled correctly and efficiently in line with manufacturer standards.

• Welcome customers to the Service Department and handle all service and repair bookings.
• Accurately record customer details, vehicle information, and service requirements.
• Manage workshop loading to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Keep customers updated throughout their service journey, including progress reports and additional work approvals.
• Handle warranty claims and ensure manufacturer requirements are met.
• Promote and upsell accessories, parts, and additional services where appropriate.
• Arrange courtesy cars, insurance, and transport options for customers.
• Present invoices clearly, explaining charges and warranty/goodwill policies.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
