Family Ford in beautiful Parksville BC has an opening for a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who strives to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction. This position will act as one of the dealership’s front line guest relations and service representatives.

Duties Include:

  • Handling all incoming guest appointment inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Electronically schedule appointments
  • Obtain and record all relevant guest information in scheduling sheets
  • Verify all appointments one working day prior to arrival
  • Generate and maintain appointment schedules on a daily and monthly basis
  • Other duties and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have great verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience is considered an asset
