Description Join Fox Toyota Lexus as a Service Appointment Coordinator! This role is responsible for managing service appointment scheduling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting the service team with communication and organization. Essential Duties Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments through phone, email, and text. Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member. Conduct after-visit follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and update the customer database to encourage repeat business. Offer service contracts and review warranty options when applicable. Process payments for service contracts as needed. Generate daily reports and complete assigned administrative tasks. Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service at all times. Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment. Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and team members through phone, email, and text.
