As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department, assisting valued customers with scheduling service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a prompt, courteous, and professional approach, strong teamwork skills, and close collaboration with service staff to ensure a consistently positive dealership experience. Responsibilities * Answer inbound service customer calls. * Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries. * Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. * Schedule customer service appointments * Participate in team & process development sessions – keep positive relationships with teammates, sales and service teams.
