This role is key to keeping our service department running smoothly. You’ll interact daily with customers via inbound and outbound calls, while collaborating closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and Technicians to deliver top-notch service. What You’ll Do: Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers over the phone for scheduling service appointments. Answer questions, explain the value of our services, and ensure accuracy in appointment details. Build strong relationships with clients to create a welcoming and trustworthy experience. Maintain and update client information in our database. Support team members with additional tasks as needed.
