Your Purpose as a Service Appointment Coordinator: Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining customers by setting appointments for the Sales/Service teams of various Baxter dealerships. Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with management team on opportunities to increase business. Use a multi-line phone system to answer and direct calls to the appropriate personnel. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle Call center or customer service experience preferred Additional Qualifications: A team-first always perspective with a desire to win together attitude.
