As a Service Asset and Configuration Analyst reporting to the Configuration Manager, this role is instrumental in establishing and maintaining a robust enterprise-level Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) from the ground up. Working closely with the IT Service Management (ITSM) team, the analyst contributes to the successful delivery of the Configuration Management Plan and ensures alignment with broader service management and operational objectives.
This specialization focuses on the governance, accuracy, and strategic value of configuration data across the organization’s digital infrastructure.
