Join Ali & Sons Group as a Service Assistant and become an integral part of our aftersales team. In this role, you will support daily service operations, assist customers, and ensure smooth communication between service advisors, technicians, and other departments. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the automotive industry.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Assist in daily operations of the service department.
  • Support service advisors and technicians in documentation and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure smooth customer service processes and follow-up.
  • Help maintain service quality and efficiency.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Languages:
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Software & Technical Skills:
  • Computer literate.
  • Familiar with SAP and general office software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities
  • Open job cards for PDI services (Dewax/Polish, Vkool, GardX, Clean & Wash) for all brands.
  • Ensure all work orders are supported with proper authorization before opening job cards.
  • Create purchase requisitions for sublet services (e.g., Vkool) as per approved work orders.
  • Complete costing for all job cards, ensuring accurate recording of labor, consumables, and sublet charges.
  • Prepare and issue proforma invoices in a timely manner and charge to the appropriate department.
  • Check invoices and related documents against SAP records before sending to cashier for closing.
  • Regularly monitor raised orders and ensure timely billing.
  • Open PDI job cards weekly for MG vehicles (Dewax/Polish & Clean & Wash).
  • Complete costing of PDI services for MG vehicles.
  • Maintain comprehensive PDI service records.
  • Open job cards for internal repair jobs related to the Body Shop when necessary.
  • Open job cards for PDI-ADNIC claims when required.
  • Maintain and update KPI reports.
  • Generate other reports and assist in preparing presentations.
  • Act as a reliever for other administrative roles as needed.
