Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with appointment booking, repair timeline updates, and technician dispatching.
  • Communication: Help keep customers informed on their vehicle status and next steps throughout the service process.
  • Admin Tasks: Support repair order creation, warranty documentation, and data entry using dealership software.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and the Service Manager to ensure an efficient and positive service experience.
