RESPONSIBILITIES • Busses, cleans and sanitizes tables and chairs according to company standards • Properly resets tables for future guests • Maintains dining room and bar floor cleanliness throughout service • Ensures FOH High Touchpoint cleaning is completed and documented according to company standards • Scans tables during service and pre-busses tables of existing guests as necessary • Assists in running food and drinks to guests’ tables, paying close attention to pivot points/seat numbers • Removes dirty dishes from behind the bar as needed and maintenance cleans behind the bar when necessary • Runs bar glass washer or heart of house dishwasher as needed • Refills server and bar ice wells and supplies (takeout boxes, silverware, cups/glassware, cleaning supplies) at the beginning and end of each shift, and during service • Diligently follows safety requirements and models behavior that protects them and others • Stays current on all federal, state, local and company required training and certifications • Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS • Superior guest service and hospitality skills • Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, RAS and security procedures • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Skill in time management and organization with attention to detail • Ability to take direction and execute team and BWW objectives • Capacity to follow specific service time and guidelines • Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time

Responsibilities

The Service Assistant supports servers and bartenders by ensuring prompt and friendly service to create positive guest experiences. Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing tables, resetting dining areas, maintaining floor cleanliness, and assisting with food and drink running.
