Upon polling our guests, we found that our main concern was that they might be forgotten. Our servers spend a great deal of time at the tables performing and taking care of our guests. Pre-bussing tables, refilling water glasses or coffee glasses, bussing and bringing guests fresh glasses of tea or soda are just some of the tasks performed by a service assistant. It is the Service Assistant’s job to be at the right place at the right time to ensure the Perfect Night Out.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a busy environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential
• Experience with cooking or kitchen operations is a plus
• Familiarity with guest services and hospitality principles
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous banquet experience is an advantage but not required
• Culinary experience or hotel experience is beneficial
