We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Service Assistant to support our Service Department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Friendly, customer-focused, and professional demeanor
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions

THE ROLE:

As a Service Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our technicians and service advisors. You will help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the service department, assist with vehicle movement, and ensure that our guests have a seamless and professional service experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Move customer vehicles in and out of the service drive and shop areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop, and customer lounge
• Assist with vehicle cleaning, preparation, and inspections as required
• Shuttle customers as needed in a safe and courteous manner
• Monitor inventory of shop supplies and assist with restocking
• Support the service team with various administrative and operational tasks
