We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver to support our Investment and Wealth Advisory Group. The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

• What You Will DoAccurately process daily mutual fund, stock, and bond trades.
• Prepare paperwork for investment purchases, redemptions, switches, and in-kind transfers.
• Manage and maintain filing systems.
• Update and maintain non financial requests.
• Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with coordinating digital marketing.
• Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources.

• What You BringA minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client’s services.
• Post-secondary education.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
