Who we are looking for? We’re seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals with hospitality, industrial cleaning, or related experience—or those with transferable skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll thrive in a team environment and be comfortable working in remote locations with varying conditions. You’ll need to: Have experience in housekeeping, kitchen support, retail, or industrial cleaning roles Be ready to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to help across different tasks Commit to following safety procedures and workplace protocols Hold a valid driver’s licence and pass pre-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening Be an Australian citizen or hold full working rights Working on-site means 11-hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
