We are seeking a skilled Service Automation Engineer with strong experience in monitoring and performance tools, specifically Splunk and ITRS Geneos. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in automating operational processes, maintaining monitoring platforms, and ensuring system reliability across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring solutions using Splunk and ITRS Geneos. Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell Scripting to streamline operational workflows. Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues, ensuring high availability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement monitoring best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring dashboards, alerts, and data ingestion. Support and enhance existing automation frameworks and monitoring infrastructures. Generate performance insights and dashboards for operational and leadership review. Strong experience with Splunk monitoring and performance tools. Hands-on expertise in ITRS Geneos Gateway Configuration. Splunk / Geneos Python & Shell Scripting Unix/Linux operating environment
