Our full-service collision and repair centers ensure customers receive the best in automotive care. Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 Per Hr. (Experience-based) Potential for Monthly Bonuses! Work Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday – Friday One Saturday Per Month - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Work Location: PERFORMANCE LEXUS 4328 KINGS WATER DRIVE CINCINNATI, OH 45249 Overview: As a Service BDC Agent at Performance Automotive Network, you’ll be the voice connecting customers to our service team. You’ll coordinate appointments, answer questions, and follow up to ensure every client receives top-notch care. Your mission: to keep customers happy and our service department thriving—all from our Performance Lexus location in Kings Automall. Schedule and confirm service appointments. Coordinate schedules between technicians and management for efficient service. Inform customers about services and promotions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service focus with a friendly, professional attitude. Able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and scheduling software. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
