Here is what you will be doing: * Screen inbound calls to generate service appointments via phone * Work with outbound call lists accordingly to set an appointment for service due, manufacturer campaigns, parts ordered, etc * Provide outstanding customer service with problem solving skills & product knowledge * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. * Recommends necessary maintenance/service to customers * Provides helpful information on customer vehicle problems or complaints * Contacts customers who miss their appointments and reschedule as necessary * Other duties as assigned Here is what you will need: * Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced situations. * Proficient on multi line phone system & computer software such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, and Google. * Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and have great listening skills. * Previous customer service experience is a huge plus * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required * High school diploma/GED required * Must have a clean & valid driver's license * Must be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening * Must be able to able to work: 10 am - 7 pm, all schedules include Saturdays
