This position is key to ensuring our service customers receive the best possible experience from their first contact with us through to their follow-up.

YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS

  • Previous experience in a BDC, call centre, or customer service role (automotive service experience is an asset)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume
  • Computer proficiency, including CRM systems or dealership software (PBS and Dealersocket an asset)
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Call customers for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Send appointment reminders to ensure customers are prepared for their visits
  • Reach out to customers who are due for regular service maintenance
  • Contact customers with outstanding recalls
  • Conduct customer follow-up calls after service visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate notes and data entry in the CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, text, and email communication
