Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming service calls, scheduling appointments promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to internet leads and inquiries, setting appointments for service visits.
  • Communicate and forward messages to the appropriate service personnel and departments.
  • Assist customers directly with questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
  • Coordinate rental vehicles for customers while their cars are in service.
