Job Type: Full-Time (38-40 hours per week) Hours of Operation: * Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm * Saturdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (rotating shifts) Key Responsibilities: * Handle and schedule inbound service phone calls. * Make outbound calls to previous service customers to schedule service and warranty appointments. * Demonstrate strong customer service and phone skills. * Possess self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and active listening ability. * Communicate effectively in both positive and negative situations. * Apply knowledge of telephone, text, and email techniques and etiquette. * Familiarity with service procedures, processes, and follow-up. * Deliver a 110% customer experience through active listening and an enthusiastic, professional, and confident attitude. * Develop an interest in the automotive industry. * Adapt quickly in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Qualifications: * Previous call center experience (an asset, but not required). * Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.
