SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE – JOIN OUR TEAM!

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our fast-paced Service BDC team. You’ll be the first point of contact for service customers, scheduling appointments and providing great support over the phone. If you can deliver excellent service with a smile, we’d love to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with handling objections and guiding customers toward setting appointments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in follow-up and customer engagement
  • Experience in cold calling, call centers, or customer service phone work preferred

    • Proficient in using CRM tools and other communication platforms

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for both prospective and existing customers with the service team

  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat for both sales and service
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with Existing customers, Prospective leads, missed or canceled appointments, customer satisfaction surveys
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, features, and services across a variety of vehicles
  • Consistently meet daily contact and appointment-setting targets
  • Collaborate effectively in a positive, team-oriented environment
