Description Jim Shorkey Greensburg Toyota is in search of a BDC Service Representative to join our growing team! In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, scheduling appointments, monitoring and contacting leads, and acting as a first point of contact for customers. Responsibilities: You'll answer internet leads from manufacturer and third-party websites, answer phone calls from customers looking to schedule service for their vehicle and continue to reach out to your existing customer base through phone, text, and email daily. Scheduling and verifying appointments, then follow up phone calls Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products. Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect. Determining each customer's vehicle service needs and making appointments accordingly Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service. Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions. Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
