Position Overview: As a Service BDC Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages related to service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers by scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally Schedule service appointments and manage service advisor calendars Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and dealership policies Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional needs Maintain customer records and update information as necessary Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not required Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) for vacation, personal, and sick days.
