Job Summary: The Service BDR opens and closes the process of the customer experience in the Service Department. This is an important role in making a positive impression on the customer throughout the service process. Duties/Responsibilities: Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location. Following up with customers Helps set up appointments as needed. Assists service advisors as needed. Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter. Maintains a professional appearance. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements Qualifications/Skills: Customer Service Experience - required Call Center Experience - highly preferred Automotive Experience - a plus but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work at a desk/computer for most of the work day Ability to multitask PM22 IHP
