Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Billing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, in-office position supports the Service Manager and works closely with coordinators, technicians, and customers to ensure accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a self-starter, you take initiative, manage your time well, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You're tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to quickly learn new systems. Key Responsibilities Close out service work orders in our service management software Prepare job details for billing, including labor, parts, and fees Invoice work orders in financial software Upload invoices to customer portals or send via email Run and review billing reports regularly Track and maintain purchase order (PO) balances Communicate with field technicians to verify labor and parts accuracy Follow up weekly with customers to confirm invoice receipt Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing-related questions Additional Information Opportunity for occasional overtime (must be approved in advance) Reports directly to the Service Manager
Responsibilities
The coordinator is responsible for closing out service work orders and preparing detailed billing for labor, parts, and fees. They also manage invoice distribution, track purchase order balances, and resolve customer billing inquiries.
