JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Service Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at our Miamisburg, OH location.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in our operations, responsible for setting up and operating thermal and inkjet printers. You’ll work with a variety of slitting, tubing, and turret machines to produce custom labels and tags for our clients. This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
• Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
• Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.

• Operate and set up thermal and inkjet printers for custom printing, encoding, and finishing of labels and tags.
• Interpret order specifications and perform quality set-ups and changeovers on turret slitter machines.
• Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure a quality production run.
• Order materials and ensure all production materials are at the machine before a job begins.
• Package and label finished products according to customer specifications.
• Collaborate with your team, group leaders, and other departments to meet goals and continuously improve processes.
• Assist, train, and support other team members as needed.
