We specialise in the manufacture and supply of emergency refuge chambers, safe havens, disaster shelters and plant grow chambers, as well as a range of electronic equipment, remote monitoring, tracking and communications technologies that allow full integration in heavy industrial applications.
MineARC Systems is recruiting a Service Business Development Manager to join our team in Kewdale, Western Australia. This position plays a key role in driving the growth and retention of MineARC’s Service division. The BDM will be responsible for developing new service opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring MineARC maintains its position as the service provider of choice across the mining and tunnelling sectors.
The BDM will work closely with the Service Manager, Service Technicians, and the wider sales team to grow service revenue streams, expand refurbishment capacity, and deliver a consistent pipeline of service work aligned with MineARC’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting MineARC’s servicing capabilities and range of products available
  • Proactively prospecting and securing new business opportunities within the Australasian market
  • Liaising with certification and testing bodies to ensure compliance
  • Creating, implementing and executing your strategic business plan for the financial year
  • Achieving your sales budget in consultation with the Service and Sales Managers
  • Maintaining and building customer relationships and entertaining clients when required
  • Providing excellent customer service including giving advice and technical information to customers on the company’s products
  • Receiving and making sales calls
  • Processing new sales leads including preparing and sending quotes and quote follow up
  • Domestic and international travel as required
  • Presenting MineARC’s Servicing capabilities at expos and trade shows
