ABOUT THE JOB
Holiday Ford Lincoln is seeking a full-time Service Cashier to join our growing team! As the Service Cashier you will work in a high volume and fast-paced environment as a front-line service representative for our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous experience in a cashier, customer service, or reception role preferred.
· Comfortable working with computers, point-of-sale systems, and standard office software.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
· A team-oriented attitude with a focus on providing a great customer experience.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Ability to work in a busy environment with professionalism and accuracy.

· Accepting incoming Ford appointment calls and scheduling appointments accordingly.
· Following up on Ford recalls.
· Scheduling follow up appointments for the technicians (i.e. When parts arrive)
· Outbound appointment reminder calls.
· Confirming online appointment bookings.
· Customer database management.
· Cashiering parts and service customers.
· FordPass Rewards database management
· Greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner.
· Process payments for completed service and repair orders (cash, debit, credit, etc.).
· Balance daily cash and payment receipts, preparing deposits as required.
· Schedule service appointments when necessary and provide general support to the front-end service team.
· Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and customer waiting space.
· Assist with filing and administrative support, including printing and distributing repair orders and invoices.
· Provide support to the Service Advisors as needed.
· Follow dealership procedures to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
