Patrick Dealer Group is seeking a full-time friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Service Cashier to join our Hyundai service team. In this role, you will welcome customers, answer phones, process payments, support daily dealership operations, and help create a positive, professional experience. Benefits * $17 - $18.00 per hour to start * PTO after 90 days * Medical & Vision Insurance * Company paid Dental Insurance * Company paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability * Short Term Disability * FSA & 401(k) with company match * Employee discounts * Employee Referral Program Key Responsibilities * Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service in person and over the phone. * Receive and process cash, checks and credit card payments in accordance with dealership procedures, ensuring all cash is receipted immediately. * Answer incoming calls promptly and route them accurately. * Count and verify the cash drawer at the start of each shift. * Scan, organize, and file repair orders neatly and sequentially by repair order number. * Maintain service desk organization and ensure paperwork is handled accurately and efficiently. * Addressing customer concerns professionally. * Assist the Sales department and other departments with clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications * Strong verbal communication and customer‑service abilities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment. * Cash handling, receptionist, or dealership experience is a plus.
