Description North Hills Toyota is in search of a Service Cashier/Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! We are hiring for a Full time! Hours are 9:00/9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Hours can be discussed further in interview! Job Duties: Welcomes customers arriving in the service department and inquiries and to the purpose of their visit. Answers all incoming calls quickly and in a courteous and professional manner, and quickly transfers them to the individual or department concerned. Operates a multi-line telephone system and transfers calls taken to the individuals concerned. Collects payment for service completed on vehicles.
