Key Responsibilities: Appointment Coordination:
1.Schedule service appointments for customers via phone, email, or in-person inquiries.
2.Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of appointments.
3.Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders.
4.Maintain accurate appointment logs and records using dealership management software.
FOLLOW UP:
To follow up with customers throughout the day with a vehicle status update.
