Service Centre Administrator Weir Minerals Beresfield Onsite Purpose of Role: As the Service Centre Administrator, you will provide support to the Service Centre Manager and branch by undertaking a number of administration duties. This will include but not limited to coordinating services projects for the workshop and field, creating and managing job files and maintenance of the SAP database. Key Responsibilities: Maintain SAP database, including reporting and job management Daily contractor management, site inductions, compliance checks and contractor management system maintenance Carrying out purchase order requests and general office purchases such as stationary etc Creation and completion of service and job orders, credits and invoices Weekly payroll management, travel coordination for staff Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Experience in an administration role in heavy industry Qualification in business or administration highly regarded Excellent customer service skills Well-developed written and verbal communications skills and organisational skills Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and SAP Current drivers license Why choose Weir: Be part of a global organization dedicated to building a better future: At Weir, the growing world depends on us.
