We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. As a Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations runs smoothly, meets its objectives, and provides exceptional service to our clients.

• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Analyse operational performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the centre.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
• Be involved with site installs and de-installs.
