Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Lead and manage all service centre activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Maintain strong relationships with mining customers, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Supervise and develop service center staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance. Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of the service centre as well as oversee inventory of parts and materials to support service operations. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors. Proven experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations (desirable) Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
