Eaton is currently seeking a Service Centre Quotation Administrator to join the team in Johannesburg, South Africa. What you’ll do: To assist the Dispatch and OM Team in on time Quoting, PO follows Forecasting and Reporting. • The function of the service center quotations administrator is to manage and coordinate the administrative tasks that support the service team. • This includes handling customer inquiries, scheduling, and service documentation to ensure efficient service delivery. • The administrator also maintains records, processes service orders, and provides administrative support to enhance the overall service experience. • They play a crucial role in maintaining communication between the service team and customers, ensuring that service delivery meets expected standards. • Registering, categorizing, and prioritizing requests opened by clients. • Keeping customers informed of the status of their requests. • Installation: Setting up new equipment and systems at customer sites. • Quoting - services, breakdowns, maintenance, battery replacements, commissioning, installations, etc • Job opening and spares allocations. • SIOP management. (Service Spares) • Order Processing. • PO management. (Customer orders) • Manage pipeline (accuracy) and backlog. (Past dues) • Forecasting based on pipeline. • Filing – general filing and scanning of documents. • Customer interface. • Customer queries. • Back up assistance for Dispatch team. • NCR management. • Syspro and SAP knowledge. Qualifications: • Must have Matric grade 12 • Must be computer literate • Basic Admin experience Skills: • MS office skills • Planning and Organization skills • Sound problem solving skills • Sound written and verbal communication skills • Detail orientated • Strong analytical and numeracy skills • Eagerness to learn and grow in role • Syspro experience • Adhering to policy and procedures, principles and values • Presenting and communicating information • Applying expertise • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations • Able to follow instructions pertains to the BU • Coping and work under pressure • Teamwork • Work Ethic • Flexibility/Adaptability • Interpersonal Skills.
