KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Responsibility for overseeing the goods in and out process for Warranty, Repair, down wash and B2C transactions.
• Manage our Rab® Down Wash Service, including physically washing and drying Rab shell and down-filled products. This is a hands on role with daily wash KPI’s.
• Positively represent the company by promoting our brands, products and services.
• Always ensure exceptional service standards.
• Liaise with customers in person, via phone and email regarding warranty, repair and down wash.
