Service Charge Accounts Administrator – Croydon
Up to £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
One Property Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established property management company in Croydon that is seeking a Service Charge Accounts Administrator to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, supportive team within a company that values long-term growth and professional development.
This role is an entry level role and is a fully office based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of service charge demands in line with lease agreements
  • Support the development and distribution of annual service charge budgets in collaboration with property management teams
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding against service charge accounts
  • Allocate leaseholder payments, maintain up-to-date records, and assist with basic credit control procedures
  • Support monthly bank reconciliations for client and service charge accounts
  • Assist in producing financial reports, including income and expenditure summaries
  • Help compile year-end service charge accounts and prepare supporting documentation for auditors
  • Respond to basic leaseholder queries regarding service charge payments and account balances
  • Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, and accountants to ensure smooth financial administration
  • Ensure all financial and administrative records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with industry standards
  • Maintain databases and update leaseholder and unit ownership information as required
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounts and property management departments
