Due to continued expansion at Ground Solutions UK Limited, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join an enterprising and progressive family run business with 29,000+ properties in our portfolio. We have the pleasure of working with a variety of residential developers across the country. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Accounts Team to deal with all aspects of managing service charge and ground rent accounts across 358 sites.

This role and responsibilities include:
· Daily banking and reconciliations
· Chasing remittances/investigating unallocated list
· Inbox – delegating to the relevant team member as per portfolio split
· Phone rota
· Assisting with Portfolio meeting preparation
· General department administrative tasks
· Issuing Letters, Notices and Invoices
· Batch importing remittance data into QUBE
· Monitoring progress of Trackers; Balancing charge/credits, year end accounts, portfolio meeting preparation, periodic reporting, completions etc.
· Liaise with external Accountants and resolve queries
· Liaise with Landlords, leaseholders, freeholders and colleagues in other departments
· Supporting other members of the Team
· To understand and comply with The Property Institute guidelines, Management Agreements and TP1 instructions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience within a finance environment is essential
