JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Co-ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various software applications.
Monday to Friday 0800-1700, this role is office based and doesn’t involve any working from home.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Competence in data entry and clerical tasks with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and equipment is advantageous.
