  • To be responsible for setting up maintenance contracts
  • Production of service purchase orders
  • Manage the call out process, taking calls
  • Reception duties, meeting and greeting all visitors and operating door entry system
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Produce I D cards
  • Operate the ANPR system
    The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role and will have ideally worked within a sales/operations type environment. A good standard of communication skills and good level of IT experience to include Outlook and Excel is required.
